If you start a test on a RadStar Alpha continuous radon monitor and then stop the test before the first hourly reading has been recorded (approximately 60 minutes after starting the test), the RadStar Alpha will automatically delete that test from the device internal memory. This measure was put in place to delete tests that were accidentally started and stopped and contain no data without requiring you to sync this data to the Radon Management Cloud.
